You, are your dog's handler & trainer. We focus on building your skills through hands on training with your dog in obedience, socialization, fitness and protection.

 You may join our training program or remain independent.  Each in-person workshop focuses on a single target training exercise from our training program. This allows you to train and build your skills at your pace. 

We also offer in-person workshops focused on working with a specific dog training tool that we use to train our dogs & handlers.

All the training exercises are using Social Model Training methods.

Please note:

 You are responsible for the handling of your dog during each workshop. If your are unable to control your dog please schedule private training sessions before choosing a workshop.  Workshops are not private sessions and you will be among 3-4 other dog teams in training at workshop. 

Our training workshops are privately held at DTC Fitness Training Studio, Shelton Wa perfectly situated between Mason & Thurston County off Hwy 101 near Little Creek Resort. Sometimes we hold workshops off site as well. The address is provided to you upon your paid reservation.

All in-person workshops are held outdoors. Dress for the day of weather from head to toe. 

Sometimes you will be under covered areas. You need to be able to stand for the duration of the workshop, if you can not we suggest bringing a fold up portable chair.

Yes. We welcome all dogs over the age of 6 months old who are healthy, vaccinated, de-wormed and ready. 

Some workshops are handler only training and is labeled. 

Each workshop has a scheduled date, time and location.  Each workshop is 3 hours in time. Unless otherwise stated. All workshops are by reservation payment and is non-refundable to secure your spot.
