Word transcript from video blog post how to feed meat protein:

Today we are talking about adding sardines with olive oil to our dog's dry dog food.

The seasoned sardines come in a pull tab, so these are very easy for me to travel with.

I can go camping, I can go hiking, I can go to my friend's house, I can go to my client's house, and I'm able to easily feed my dog protein and dry dog food on time each day.

The Sardines offer 4.3 ounces and 200 calories in the entire can.

This is a high protein, high fat topper that you add to your dog's dry dog food.

This is three cups of Inukshuk Marine 25 dry dog food and I have pre-packaged (in Ziplock a full 2 weeks of bagged food) and ready so that I can go about my day more easily.

I just open the bag, I dump it into the bowl, then I open the pull tab, and I pour the sardines and olive oil on the dry dog food and then I stir it.

And these are my two travel essentials when I bring my dog with me.

I feed my dog at the same time every day, no matter where I am (prepackaged in Ziplock’s, 2 weeks’ worth helps this happen for me).

One reason why I would choose sardines in olive oil over chub mackerel, is the caloric difference.

This is a pre-portioned 4.3-ounce size and gives 200 calories.

Then it is good for a dog that needs fat and protein.

And then chub, is a 15-ounce can of fish in water.

Inside of this 15 oz can, the fish are larger, and the water can be used on the dog's food, or you can let your dog drink it.  They like it and it works well to hydrate and provide meat protein especially on the road.

At home, meat protein and water is great to add whenever your dog has done a strenuous workout or go hiking, keeping your dog hydrated is a bonus that happens when choosing chub mackerel.

It is 410 calories if you give the dog the entire can of Chub mackerel.

Some dogs can utilize all three fish at one time mixed with their dry dog food.

Other dogs need one fish per meal no water added to the meal.

This again has three medium-sized fish in Chub mackerel 15 oz can.

You can choose whether to use the water or not.

In the bowl in the video, this is the fish size that comes out of the seasoned sardines and oil and then it's mixed in my dog’s dry food with the oil, and she has a couple crunchy cookies in there too and then it's ready to eat.

I use the sardines in Olive oil, or I use chub mackerel with my dogs, but not both at the same time.

Both are excellent choices.

They each have a slight difference.

This one can of 4 ounce sardines in olive oil offers protein and fat supplementation.

This one can of 15 ounce Chub mackerel in water is going to add you a meat protein supplementation.
